What attracts architects and designers are intelligent Intelcity systems.

Leonid Nikolaev, founder of the Intelcity intellectual house: - A person always wants to look into the future, to see what will happen tomorrow. And, as a rule, it is not always possible to do this accurately. The main task of this house is to show how a person will interact with space literally in the coming days.

Yaroslav Krashanytsya, development manager of the automation department of Jung: – In the Intelcity house you can see how the smart home system works, control lighting, curtains, turn on audio and video equipment, as well as look at scenarios and climate control. Accordingly, you can imagine how these systems will look like in your home.

Anastasia Kovaleva: – Well, now we will do this. Let’s test several parameters at once, without which comfort is simply impossible and consider the “smart home” system on the example of a German company with almost a century of history Jung. And Alexey Shcherbachev, the founder of the modern design workshop Incube Design, will help me to test the system.

Alexey Shcherbachev: – Quality and reliability are always associated with German systems. Shown here are Jung’s KMX systems. What’s cool about this system is that you can come up with scenarios together with the customer. For example, what the space will be like when a person comes home from work: what will turn on at this moment, in what position the curtains will be, and much more.

Anastasia Kovaleva: – There is a wall-mounted control panel for the intelligent space system, but there is a tablet. Which species appeals to you more?

Alexey Shcherbachev: – Usually, when designing, both a stationary control system and a mobile one, that is, on a tablet or phone, are laid. Stationary is convenient when a person is at home, but the system can be used outside the home. This is where all the functionality lies.

In a private house or apartment, everything is aimed at convenience, relaxation and comfort, and in public spaces, in offices, an intelligent space system is simply vital in order to effectively communicate with employees and manage personnel.

Anastasia Kovaleva: – Surely, you have projects in the works now. Do you also use the “smart home” system there?

Alexey Shcherbachev: – When an architect develops a project with a customer, there is always a great desire to introduce as many cool functions as possible. But here you are faced with a budget issue, because this system is not very cheap yet. I always choose the middle ground, the right algorithm, the most necessary for a particular client.

Anastasia Kovaleva: – Have you noticed any imperfections in the “smart home” system?
Alexey Shcherbachev: – The main drawback is the price. The other has many positive features, such as cost optimization. When a person is outside the home, the system reduces the heating temperature of the house, including unnecessary appliances, outlet groups. I forgot to turn off the iron – not a problem, you can go to the application from your phone and easily turn off the power. Any architect working in a modern style likes to have nothing superfluous, to have a minimum of devices, but in certain places a beautiful tablet for control emphasizes the manufacturability of the interior. Therefore, manufacturers now present many lines of designer electrical accessories and you can always pick up interesting models.

Anastasia Kovaleva: – You can listen and watch about the smart home system for an infinitely long time, but once you try it, you will have no doubts. From myself, the person who tried it, I can add – this is a musthave of every modern space.
